Enrollment Options

A path for everyone

We realize that every student has a unique situation. While one individual might be preparing for a college career, another might need to simply take one class. The type and path of the online high school experience can vary from one person to the next. At Allied, we provide you with different enrollment options to help you reach your academic goals. Think of it as an education tailored to meet your specific needs.

Establish your status

Do you need the full high school experience, or do you just want to enroll in a few classes?

Full-time student: If you enroll in more than three classes per semester, you are considered a full-time student. This enables you to take general education and elective classes to satisfy your graduation requirements.

Part-time student: If you enroll in one to three classes per semester, you are considered a part-time student. This enables you to take one or more classes for transfer credit or personal enrichment instead of enrolling in a full diploma program.

Choose a program

Part-time Program – This is ideal if you need to make up a class, want to get a jumpstart on the school year, or wish to take a class for your own interest or personal gain. The credits may be transferred to another accredited high school.

Diploma Program – If you want to graduate and do not have any immediate plans for after high school, this is the program for you. To receive an Allied National High School diploma, you need to earn a total of 22 credits from 9th to 12th grade.

College/Vocational Prep Program If you want to continue your education after high school at a two- or four-year institution, or pursue vocational studies, you should choose this program. You need to satisfy the core diploma program requirements, as well as complete additional classes (courses vary with type of path). We assist by:

  • Issuing a diploma that is fully recognized upon graduation.
  • Providing a valid high school transcript that documents their high school career.
  • Offering foreign language classes, which are mandatory at many colleges.
  • Providing many electives to round out their high school curriculum.

Career Prep Program – This is designed if you want to enter the workforce right after graduation. In addition to core requirements, you might choose to complete coursework that gives them the skills to start a career. Options include:

  • Real estate education
  • Medical education
  • Business education
