The TCAF (Transfer of Credit Approval Form) is a critically important document that plays a key role both in the ANHS enrollment process and in ensuring that academic credits earned are applied accurately and in a timely manner.

Here's all you need to do:
Step 1: Download the one-page Transfer of Credit Approval Form (TCAF) (PDF).
Step 2: Fill out the "Student Information" and "Parent Information" sections of the form and then ask your student's guidance counselor to complete and sign the form.
--Most of the form can be completed on-screen by clicking in the appropriate area and typing your responses. The form can then be printed out and given to your student's guidance counselor to complete and sign.
--If you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader XI or later, you will have the option of using its e-mail feature to send an electronic copy of the completed form to your student's guidance counselor. (Get the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.)

Step 3: Either you or your student's guidance counselor must then fax the signed, completed form to (942) 215-0178 or e-mail a scanned copy to firstname.lastname@example.org.
